All your items artwork will need to be approved by you before any work will start.

All items must be paid for on acceptance of the quote for any requested personalisation and before any item will be dispatched.

We regret no refunds will be given for designs that have been approved or incorrect spellings that were on the Pyrography work request form. No personalised items are refundable or returnable.
Please note wood is a natural product and knots and patterns are part of that product.
We strongly recommend you do not keep any pyrography work in direct sunlight as it could fade over time.
